The general terms and conditions of shopping described below, (hereinafter General Terms and Conditions), govern the business relations between all users of the website (hereinafter “user”) and the company IvyHealth S.L., with Fiscal Identity no. B95831897, the owner of, with registered address in Gran Vía 45, 1a planta, dept. 114 – 48011 Bilbao (Bizkaia) – Spain.

Browsing on the online store and purchase of any of the products on offer in it implies acceptance as user, with no reservations whatsoever, of each and every one of these general terms and conditions of business and use. IvyHealth S.L. is entitled at all times and without advance notice to modify these general terms and conditions of business and use, as well the specific terms and conditions which, where appropriate, are included, by the publication of said modifications in the store with an aim to informing users, the date of said modifications being stated for the record.

Prices and delivery charges

Once you have logged in with your user name and password, all sales prices indicated are displayed without VAT.

If delivery is made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, or outside Spanish territory, the VAT will automatically be deducted in the purchasing process.
If there is any error in the price of a product, the customer will be informed, and IvyHealth S.L. will be exempt from having to pay the mistaken amount. It will be up to the customer if they wish to proceed with the purchase or modify it according to their own criteria.

Similarly, IvyHealth S.L. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while always respecting the price indicated when the order is being placed (except in the aforementioned case).
The sum resulting from delivery charges is indicated during the purchasing process for all of Spain and Portugal. If the purchase is made from another country, our customer care department will contact the buyer in order to inform them of the delivery charges and, where applicable, to complete the purchase.

The delivery address will be considered the point at which the purchase was made for the purpose of calculating transport costs.

Means of payment

The customer can choose from a wide range of completely secure payment means:

  • Any other form of payment previously agreed with IvyHealth S.L.

The order will not be considered closed until the purchasing process has been completed and payment checked by IvyHealth S.L.

Delivery periods

All orders in the Iberian Peninsula will be delivered within a maximum period of 72 hours from confirmation of the order by IvyHealth S.L.

  • 5-6 days: Bulgaria , Estonia , Greece , Latvia , Lithuania
  • 6-10 days: Bosnia Herzegovina , Serbia , Croatia

If a requested product is not available, the customer will be immediately notified, together with the delivery period, and the offer of possible alternatives, and they will be given the option to modify or cancel the order.

Product guarantee

IvyHealth S.L. complies with the prevailing Guarantee Law 23/2003 of 10 July concerning the Sale of Consumer Goods, and all its products come with a two-year guarantee from the date of their purchase.

The photographs and technical specifications of the products can be changed without prior warning and can vary slightly with respect to the real product. IvyHealth S.L. will duly inform all its customers of said changes through its website or via personalized messages.

Once the order has been received, the customer has 24 hours to check to make sure it has reached them in proper condition, it is complete and has not been damaged during transport. Otherwise, they should inform IvyHealth S.L. within this period of time so that we can take the necessary steps. At the end of this period, the customer is liable for any possible expenses incurred.

Terms and conditions for returning an article

Customer satisfaction is our main goal. You have a fortnight (14) days from the date on which your order is delivered to return it in the event that it fails to meet your expectations, if the order, not including transport, is worth over 60 euros. Just use our contact form online or telephone number to contact our Customer Service.

Once the condition of the merchandise has been checked – it must not have been used and be in its original packaging and be accompanied by the invoice or sales receipt- the faulty products will be replaced. In the event that no similar product is available, the customer will be given the possibility to substitute it with an equivalent one or be refunded the corresponding amount, excluding the delivery and return charges. Said costs will depend on the weight and size of the article and you will be notified before the goods are returned.

The reimbursement will be made using the same mode of payment as that used for the purchase. In the event that the purchase is made in cash, the reimbursement will be made by bank transfer. In the event that following the return of an article, the article is not in the abovementioned condition, it will be returned to the customer, and the latter will be liable for the corresponding transport charges.

Applicable laws

IvyHealth S.L. is not responsible for any consequences arising from the improper use of the products sold at Under no circumstance shall IvyHealth S.L. be held responsible for any damages of any kind whatsoever arising from or in relation to the use of this website. 
The user will be obliged to compensate IvyHealth S.L. for any damages arising from non-compliance on their part with these terms and conditions of use of the content of this website without prior authorization.
Sales made at IvyHealth S.L. are subject to Spanish law.

In the event of any conflict or discrepancy arising in relation to the construance or application of these general terms and conditions of business, both parties submit, in the cases provided by law, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the Courts and Tribunals of Bilbao (Spain). Notwithstanding, this will not prevent IvyHealth S.L. exercising its right to settle any litigation in any other competent jurisdiction.
